  • Failure to deliver the agreed services within the specified timeline due to issues on our end.
  • Non-performance of promised services.
  • Errors in payments such as duplicate charges.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will not be provided for the following:

  • Completed projects where the client has provided final approval.
  • Minor issues that do not affect the core functionality of the delivered product (e.g., cosmetic changes).
  • Services already rendered, such as website hosting or online promotion campaigns.

3. Refund Request Process

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, you must submit a request within 30 days of the payment date. To request a refund:

  • Email us at support@develophunt.com with the subject line: Refund Request.
  • Include your name, project details, payment proof, and reason for the refund request.

We will review your request and respond within 7 business days.

4. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. Please note that any fees associated with the payment processor (e.g., credit card fees) may be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Changes to the Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be updated on our website, and it is your responsibility to review the policy regularly. Refunds are granted based on the policy in place at the time of your request.
